Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
Ingredients:Salt, .5 tsp Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup *Margarine, soft, 9 tsp *Flour, white, 0.187 cup Pink Salmon (canned), 2 can Whole-Wheat Crackers, .75 cup, crushed
Directions
melt butter, add flour and salt, add milk stir constantly while cooking until thick.

mix all ingredients
make 8 patties

350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway thru
