Crockpot Chicken and vegetables with noodles

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup8 oz water2 c. chicken broth10 oz frozen mixed vegetables12 oz Whole Grain extra wide noodles (Ronzoni Hea;thy Harvest)
Directions
Mix all liquids in crock pot. Add chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hours.

Shred chicken with 2 forks.

Add noodles, cook 30 minutes longer. Add vegetables, cook 15 minutes.
