My Golden Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 6oz container Plain Nonfat yogurt1 sliced Medium Banana1 cup Frozen Fruit Blend (Strawberries, Mango, pineapple, and Peaches)
Directions
Slice Banana and add to blender. Add 6 oz of yogurt. Add 1 cup of Frozen Fruit. Puree in blender for about 3-4 mins. Open Blender and scrape down sides Bananas some times stick to sides. Switch to Blend and Blend for another 3-4 mins until smooth. Pour in to glass and serve. Makes one 8-10 oz serving.
