Karla's Low fat yummy greek salad

Ingredients
list of salad made for family of 5-81 riped red tomato1 red onion1 green peppera bag of spring mix salad1 lemonextra virgin olive oilbalsalmicsalt n pepper
Directions
2 cups of organic springmix salad of any kind.
1 red ripe tomato cut in 4 and sliced in thin slices.
1\2 cup of thinly sliced red onion
1\2 cup of cut green peppers strips
toss then add 1 table spoon of extrat extra virgin olive oil and 1 table spoon of balsalmic viniger
squeeze have a lemon
1 tea spoon of salt
a pinch of black pepper.
1 feta wedge 1. 33 oz crumbled
take all the ingredients and toss. Make sure when you add the wet ingredients to the salad its ready to serve do it dosnt drown the salad.
This salad serves a family of 6. if need more just double the spring mix and lemon.
