Ingredients
1 tsp each, Fresh Rosemary, Thyme & Sage 2 Cloves Garlic, diced1 Loaf (about 8 slices) day old Rustic Bread cubed into 1' pieces1/ cup Olive Oil
Directions
Slice bread into 1' cubes. Spread cubes out on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven for about 5 minutes on the middle rack.

Heat oil in a small saute pan. Add in garlic and fresh herbs. Mix for about 1 minute till infused.

Toss bread oil and herbs together in a large bowl.

    These were great and so simple!
