beef vegetable soup

Ingredients
3 lbs stew beef trimmed.5 large onion choppedBag of mixed veggies1.5 cup chopped fresh mushrooms4 medium chopped potatoes29 oz can tomato sauce14.5 oz can Diced tomatoesWater
Directions
In large soup pot put in beef and cover with water. Simmer till beef is cooked.

Add potatoes onions tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer till potatoes are cooked soft.

Add frozen veggies and fresh mushrooms till heated thru.
Add more water to make thickness u want.

Salt and pepper to taste.
