Cassie's Low Fat Fritata

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs1 Cup Egg Beaters1 Cup Cottage Chesse3 Ounces of Low Fat Ricotta Cheese1/2 Red Onion chopped1 cup Broccoli Chopped
Directions
Spray 10 " pie pan with Butter Cooking Spray.
Mix All Ingredients Togeather
and Bake for 30 Minutes at 350 degrees.

I use a small toaster oven so cooking times may vary.
