Mixed Cooked Greens

Ingredients
16oz bag of Kale16oz bag of collards3 tbls Olive Oil1 can of low fat chicken broth1 small onion sliced thinseasoning to taste (pepper, garlic etc)
Directions
Heat oil in dutch oven add onions, seasonings.
Heat until onions are clear.
Slowly pour in can of chiken broth. BE CAREFULL not to splater as oil is warm/hot, bring to a boil.
reduce heat slightly and add greens.
Cook until greens are tender
