1/2lb lean ground beef2 cups water1 cup rice, dry1 cup corn1 cup peas1 cup spinach1/8 tsp salt
Brown meat. Drain fat. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid. Turn down heat to medium and let simmer until rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.
