Beefy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1 pound of extra lean ground beef3 cans or 43.5 ounces of beef broth (best is low sodium)1 can of Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
Directions
Mix and brown ground beef with 1 can of the broth. You can use a hand mixer or wisk.
Add remaining broth and can of diced tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

    I absolutely love this soup! It is so easy to fix, good to freeze, tastes delicious, and so versatile. On occasion, I've added a small can of corn or leftover black beans, substituted a can of zucchini w/tomatoes in place of the diced tomatoes -- just use your imagination. - 8/28/08
