Ingredients
Cottage Cheese 1% milkfat, 22 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 13 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 oz Egg, fresh, 1 large Salt, 1 tbsp Italian Turkey Sausage 2 links (186 grams) Garlic, 3 cloves Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz
Directions
Cook meats, with garlic, salt and sugar, add tomatoes, tomato paste and pepper, simmer for 90 minutes. Cook noodles and drain, in a 13 x 9" baking dish, pour some sauce, layer with 7 lasana noodles. Mix the cottage cheese with egg and pour half of mixture on noodles, top with 1/3 of sliced mozzarella, spoon 1 1/2 cups of sauce, sprinkle with parmessan cheese, repeat, ending with sauce and parmessan cheese. Bake cover with foil for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake another 25. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
