Spaghetti Sauce with Sausage

Ingredients
Hatfield Country Rope Sausage, 2 lb2 whole onions3 medium stalks of celery6 large plum tomatoes3 jars Reggano Traditional Spaghetti SauceItalian seasoningGarlic powder
Directions
Squeeze the sausage out of the casing into a large pan, and throw the casing away.
Chop the sausage up some, and set that on medium heat.
Chop the onions, celery, and tomatoes, and add to the pan.
Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
Cook on medium to low until the sausage is completely cooked and the onions and celery have softened.
Add the sauce, and let simmer until it is thick enough.
