Favorite Shrimp!

1/2 cup flour1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1.5 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed1/2 cup olive oil4 cloves garlic, minced1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup parsley1/2 tsp dried oregano2 Tbsp chicken broth1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins
combine flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne in small bowl, dredge shrimp in flour and seasoning mixture.
heat oil in large skillet, saute shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat. remove shrimp, leave oil.
same pan - saute garlic, onion, parsley and oregano over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
pour over shrimp.
pour chicken broth and Lea Perrins in skillet to deglaze for a minute.
pour over shrimp or toss shrimp back into skillet to warm.
in large skillet,
