Duncan Hines carrot and raisin cake mixI can 15oz can of pumpkinener g egg replacer enough for 3 eggs
Put the carrots and raisins that come with the mix in hot tap water for 5 minutes. Mix enough ener g egg replacer for 3 eggs.
Mix all together with the whole can of pumpkin. Preheat oven to 350. I used a 9x13 pan Do not add water. Pour it into the pan and bake for 40 minutes. Makes 12 nice size servings.
