Apple Graham Pudding

Ingredients
1 quart graham crackers, broken into pieces, not too small1 cup brown sugar2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 cup butter, melted6 cups, unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put applesauce in shallow casserole. Set aside.
Break graham crackers into 1 inch pieces.
Combine graham crackers, brown sugar, lemon juice, and melted butter with a spoon. Try not to break the graham cracker pieces too much.
Spread the mixture over the applesauce.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
