Directions
1, Medium Tomato cut into 6ea Slices.1/2 Cup of Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs.1/2 tsp of Sea Salt.1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.1 tbsp of Half & Half Butter.
1. Slice Tomato into 6 even slices
2. Dip sliced Tomato parts into Bread Crumbs until covered.
3. Place Tomato slices onto a medium baking pan or platter, Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add butter.
4. Place pan into 350 degree preheated oven for about 6-8 minutes. And serve
