Brown Rice & Lentil Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups Chicken Broth3/4 cup Lentils1/2 cup Brown Rice3/4 cup Onions, Chopped1 tsp Italian Seasoning1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a baking dish (9x9 or 11x7)
3. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour 10 minutes.
4. Remove the foil, add the cheese on top, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings.
