Mini Mushroom Mock Meatloaf

Mushrooms, 450 gramsScallions, raw, 75 gramsThyme, dried 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tspEgg, 1 largeSoya Flour, 20 grams (or any flour you chose)Soy Sauce, 1 tspGaram Masala 1 tspHot Chili Peppers 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Preheat overn to 180'C
Dice mushrooms into small even peices.
Place large frying pan over a medium heat add mushrooms, scallions and thyme. Sprinkle a tiny amount of water, cover, reduce heat and cook until the mushrooms have reduced in size by more than half, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in egg, garlic, soy flour, soy sauce, masala, chili peppers and black pepper.
Divide mushroom mixture among 12 greased bun cups. Cook for 20 minutes, or until darkened on top and set. Let cool slightly before unmolding.
