Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
2 Cups of Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice 1 onion1 or 2 bell pepper (you pick the color)Garlic1 can of black beans1 can of diced tomatoes(of your preference)seasoning to your liking but cumin is a must
Directions
Prepare instant rice,
cut up onion, bell pepper and garlic if your using whole cloves.
sautee with cooking spray in a skillet. Or use olive oil (not in the nutritional contents).
add canned tomatoes, rice and black beans.
stir and simmer for 20 minutes, makes 4 nice size servings.
