Directions
8 tblsp Crisco Shortening2 C all purpose flour1 tsp salt2 oz (1/4 C) water
Blend together shortening, flour and salt with pastry blender, until crumbly. Add water and mix just until dough forms.
Roll out on floured board to 1/4" thickness.
Place over dish and trim edges. Prick with fork (or vent with knife, if using as top crust).
bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
