Ingredients
4 cups calebaza squash, cubes1 cup baby carrots, cut into thirds1 cup chopped onions1 T olive oilSeasoning to taste, I use Lemon Pepper
Directions
Toss vegetables, oil and seasoning. Place in glass 8 inch square pan. Cover with Press N Seal Glad Wrap. Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
