Yummy Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
Milk,1%, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Peaches, canned, 1 cup, halves or slices Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cupFat free half and half, 2 cup
Directions
This recipe makes roughly 10 half cup servings. Be sure to use an ice cream maker that holds at least 1 1/2- 2 quarts.

Depending on how big you want your peach pieces, you can either finely chop them or do a rough cut or put them in a blender/food processor. I blend them in a food processor so the pieces can get really small. Reserve 1/2 of the juice.

Mix the milk, half and half and sugar until the sugar has fully dissolved. Add the reserved peach juice. Pour the milk, half and half, sugar and peach juice into the ice cream maker. Blend for 25 minutes, then add the peaches and blend for another 5 minutes. For harder ice cream, transfer to a Tuperware container and let sit in freezer for a few hours.
