Vegetable Beef and Barley Soup

Ingredients
1 lb beef tips4 15 oz cans mixed vegetables3 15 oz cans diced tomatoes2 cups chicken broth2 medium onions, chopped6 stalks celery, chopped4 cups water2 cups quick cook barley
Directions
Brown beef in skillet and add to crock pot with all ingredients except barley. Cook 7 1/2 hours on low. Add barley for last 30 minutes of cooking.
