Low Fat Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients
12 ounces of Morning Star Sausage Vege. Crumlbes8 slices reduced calorie white bread slices8 ounces reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1 tsp dry mustard1 cup Southwester Egg Beaters2 cups, 1% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw sausage crumbles in microwave. Coat a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Tear up the 8 slices of bread and spread in the prepared casserole dish. Layer the sausage over the bread. Layer the cheese over the sausage. Mix Egg Beaters with dry mustard and pour over layers.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
