Low Calorie Apple Salad

Ingredients
4 cups chopped apple 2 tbs lemon juice2 cups green seedless grapes (halved)1 cup thinly sliced celery1/2 cup golden raisins1/2 cup light mayonnaise1/4 cups sugar-free syrup2 tbs fat-free sour cream1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Toss apples with lemon juice. Add grapes, celery and raisins. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, syrup, sour cream and salt. Pour over fruits and toss to coat. Stir in nuts if desired. Nutritional info is without the nuts. You have 8 1-cup servings.
This is one of the best low calorie fruit salads I have ever had.
