Brats and Spuds

Ingredients
1 pkg. Johnsonville Beer Brats browned 1" pieces, 4 med potatoes peeled and cubed, pkg.of sauerkraut 27-32oz., 1 med.apple chopped green is better, 1 small onion white chopped, 1/4cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Brown 1" pieces of brats, Combine potatoes, sauerkraut, apple, onion in slow cooker, add in brown sugar and salt, top with browned brat pieces. 4-6 hours on High, Caraway seeds added just before serving optional
