1 tbs. olive oil4 garlic cloves, chopped2 14 oz. cans of Italian stewed tomatoes1/2 white wine1 can sliced black olives1/2 tbs. anchovy paste2 tbs. capers1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper1/4 cup fresh parsley
Pour all ingredients in blender and liquify.
Pour into small sauce pan and heat to boiling.
Turn down heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until thickened.
Serve over pasta or polenta.
