Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups, slices Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, Brown Rice, medium grain, 5 cup western family cream of chicken soup, 4 cansHealthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 cans*fresh cauliflour, 2 cup
preheat oven to 350. Spray two large casserole dishes with spray. Divide rice between the two pans Divide the mushrooms and cauliflour between the two pans. Mix all the fluid ingredients together and divide between the two pans, saving some to pour over the chicken (make sure with the water that it totals 10 cups of fluid). Set chicken on the rice, sprinkle with spices if desired. Bake for 60 minutes. Sometimes the rice on the very top will be crunchy, but it's cooked under the chicken. Serves 20 .
