Apple Crisp

Ingredients
6 medium apples3-4 tbsp. sugarcinnamonTopping:1/4 c. butter3/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour1/2 c. oatmeal
Directions
Peel, core and quarter apples. Place apples in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Mix all topping ingredients together until crumbly. If mixture is too dry , add more butter. Sprinkle over apples, until all apples are covered. Make more topping if needed.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
