Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1 c. soaked raw cashews1/4 c. water2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt1 tbsp minced fresh basil, or 1 tsp dried1 tbsp minced fresh dill weed, or 1 tsp dried
Directions
Place cashews, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add the basil and dill weed and pulse briefly, just to mix. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Will keep for 5 days.
