brown rice and beans

Ingredients
4 cups brown rice cooked 2 cups cooked black beans mixed with red kidney beans 1 can stewed tomatoes 1/4 onion 3 garlic cloves saltpeppergarlic powder onion powder
Directions
cook beans and rice in seperate pans. Saute garlic and onion and then add stewed tomatoes then add the beans and the rice and season makes 14 servings of 1/2 cup each ( 7 cups total)
