Ingredients
1c. nonfat milk1c. frozen strawberries1c. frozen peaches1 small banana1/4 c. Simply Orange (O.J.)
Directions
Add milk to blender first then add fruit and O.J. Blend until smooth. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. Great for breakfast or after a workout.
