Cauliflower Soup, Sanya's

Ingredients
2 onions, slices3 garlic cloves1 tbsp olive oil1 large head cauliflower1/2 c. white wine4 cups vegetable brothsalt and white pepper to taste
Directions
saute the onions in the oil until soft. Add the garlic and white wine. Let the wine evaporate. Add the cauliflower (cut-up) and the broth. Cover and cook until the cauliflower is soft. Puree in the blender until smooth. Season to taste.
