4 sweet potatoes2 plantains-green1 clove of garlicchillipowder-1 tbspturmeric-1tspcumin seed-1 -2 tbsp1 cup of mung beans2 cups of grated coconut
First cut the vgetables into 1" cubes.Meanwhile pressurecook
the beans for about 10 mins.Then once ready,rmove the weight and open the cooker-add the vegetables,spices,salt to taste .grind the coconut and cumin and garlic ad add this to the cooker as well.Then close the cooker and cook for 2mins after hearing the whistle of the cooker.Once,cooked the vegetables can be further mashed.
