Creamy Green Beans and Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
4 (about 1lb total) medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1/2 cup shredded carrot (or other veggie)2 T sliced green onion2 t olive oil4 oz cream cheese2 T milk/cream1 can (14-1/2 oz) French style green beans drained
Directions
Rinse Chicken; pat dry
Season chicken with pepper
Place on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 10-12 minutes or until no pink; turn once
Meanwhile cook and stir shredded carrot and onion in hot oil in med saucepan 1-2 minutes or until tender.
Stir in cheese and milk; cook over low heat until smooth
Add beans and heat through
Serve chicken with bean mixture and garnish with fine carrot curls if desired
