Vegetarian Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1 Block of Tofu extra-firm, drained and crumbled. 1 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger4 cup Chopped Cabbage1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped3 Green Onions, Finely Chopped2 tbs Vegetarian Oyster Sauce1 Pkg Egg Roll Wrappers
Directions
Stir-fry tofu in hight heat with ginger until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms and green onions, cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in Vegetarian Oyster Sauce. Let cool. Use about 2 tbsp of filling for each egg roll wrapper. Follow egg roll wrapper instructions.
