Saussage goulash

Ingredients
250 g pork sausage diced1 red bell pepper diced1 oignon diced80 g pearl oignons (jar) -more if you want to2 tsp vegetable bouillon1 big can tomatoes diced120 g rice uncooked
Directions
Cook rice.
Heat oil, add oignon, bell pepper, tomatoes and pearl oignons. Season with 2 tsp boiullon, salt and pepper, add sausage and heat through.
Add rice and serve.
