Zucchini Pie

Ingredients
1 Tube Crescent rolls3 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced1 clove garlic, minced2 TBS butter1 tsp. dried parsley1 tsp. dill1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 cup cheese, divided2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
Press dough into a greased 9 inch pie pan with points towards the center of the plate. Press up sides of plates to form a crust. Seal perforations. Saute zucchini and garlic in the butter. Add parsley, dill, salt, pepper and 1/2 c. cheese. Spoon into crust. Add eggs over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 8 servings
