Tulsi's Tasty Omelet

Ingredients
0.25 cup of fresh coriander - chopped0.25 cup of fresh green chillies - chopped0.25 cup of red onion - chopped0.5 tsp (equivalent of a pinch) of garam masala powder2 large eggs
Directions
Heat skillet at medium heat until pan is hot. If using a nonstick pan, no butter/oil is necessary.
Whip 2 large eggs in a bowl together with garam masala.
Pour eggs onto skillet, add chopped onion, chopped coriander and chopped green chillies. As the bottom of the omelet becomes golden brown, flip it over and allow the other side to cook.

Garnish with extra coriander if desired!
Makes one 2-egg omelet
