1 12 oz box whole wheat/whole grain penne rigate1 26 oz jar of parmesan/romano pasta sauce1 16 oz container of 85% lean ground turkey
Brown ground turkey breast in frypan. Combine with pasta sauce and heat to desired temperature. In seperate container boil pasta noodles according to box instructions. Drain pasta noodles and return to pot without rinsing. Combines meat/sauce mixture with noodles. Makes approx 6-1 3/4 cup servings. Top with shredded parmesan cheese, if desired. Can also add fresh chopped onions, bell peppers, and/or celery to mix to create additional texture.
