Ingredients
Turkey Bacon - 3 SlicesTurkey Sausage - 1 ozLarge Eggs - 1Large Egg Whites - 2Red & Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 Cup ChoppedLite Syrup - .125 Cup100% Wheat Bread - 4 Slices
Directions
Makes 2 (.5 cup) servings.

Bake bacon & sausage until done. Cut into pieces.

Chop bell peppers up into small pieces.

Combine eggs & egg whites, and syrup - Mix. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Combine all ingredients in skillet & scramble. Toast bread, and plate.
