Roasted Chili Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes, fries or thick chips6 garlic cloves, minced or pressed2 T chili flavored grapeseed oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

If you don't have chili oil, use olive oil and 1/2 -1 t chili powder.
