Yellow Squash Puppies

Ingredients
1 cup cooked yellow squash, 1 egg beaten1/3 cup flour1/3 cup yellow corn meal1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 onion chopped very fine
Directions
Cook squash until tender. Drain-Mash enough for 1 cup. Combine dry ingredients. Add squash, egg, and onion. mix well. drop by teaspoon in hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Drain.
