Parsnips & Carrots with Honey

Ingredients
Ingredients:Parsnips, 3 parsnip (9" long) peeled and cubedCarrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") peeled and cubedHoney, .5 cup Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 1 tbsp Warm water, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mix liquid ingredients together until honey dissolves.
Toss in the carrots and parsnips.
Roast, uncovered in 375 degree oven for approximately one hour or until veggies soften to taste. Check your parsnips about 30 minutes into the cooking time and stir again as necessary to re-coat.
