Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 C. dry lentils (1 pkg.)8 C. waterOne chopped onion3 cloves garlic2 Tbsp. cumin1/4 tsp. Spike seasoning
Directions
Rinse and sort lentils. Put in large pot with 8 C. water. Add one chopped onion. Press 3 cloves of garlic into pot. Add the rest of the spices.

Simmer for 45 minutes, with a tilted lid.

Makes approx. 12 servings.
