Ingredients
3/4 head cabbage, shredded or finely chopped1 cup grated carrot1/4 cup raisins3/4 cup chopped apple, with peel1/2 cup light mayonnaise
Directions
shred or chop fine 3/4 head cabbage,
Add grated carrots, raisins and chopped apples,
Stir in mayonnaise, let sit for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serve cold
