Fresh Apple Cake with Nuts

Ingredients
1 c. canola1 cup sugar1/2 c. Splenda baking sugar substitute2 eggs3 cups apples, grated1 t. cinnamon1 c. chopped walnuts3 oz. (half a cup) chocolate chips2.5 cups white flour (all purpose)1 t. baking soda1 t. baking powder1 t. salt
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, oil. Add dry ingred. plus grated apples, nuts, chocolate chips. Spray Pam in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 min.
