Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

4 T butter, salted1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (our AP flour, or White Whole Wheat)3/4 cup Whey Low sugar replacement (or regular sugar or Splenda)4T Buttermilk Blend, dry buttermilk2 t baking powder1/4 t salt1/2 t baking soda1/2 t cinnamon2 cups sliced fruit or berries1T Whey Low Gold (or regular or Raw Sugar)1/2 t cinnamon
Put the butter in a pie pan and put it in the oven. Heat oven to 350. Mix all the dry ingredients except for the 1T brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add 1 cup of water and mix just till blended - there may be lumps. Take out pie pan with melted butter and pour batter into pan. Drop fruit on top of batter. Combine the 1T brown sugar with 1/4 t cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake for 45-50 min until dark golden brown and set.
