Best pancakes ever!

Ingredients
1/3 Cup mix1/3 cup water1 TBSP Agave Nectar (could use honey or stevia)1 Tsp Lime juice1 Tsp vanilla extractCinnamon and nutmeg
Directions
Very Simple

Mix all of the ingredients together. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup scoop the batter into 3 separate cakes. Each will be about 3-4 inches and half an inch thick. Cook to your liking.

Syrup not included in calorie count. I use yogurt more often than not

Make Banana pancakes in by adding mushed banana i with the mix before cooking. Add 100 calories.
