Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed meal1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground1 or 2 Stevia small pakets1 tsp. Coconut Oil (organic)1 Egg (large)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in mug with stevia use 1 or 2 pakets. Add coconut oil and egg.
Mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute or more if needed.

    I tried a similar recipe calling for 4 T coursely ground Flax Seeds. It was a very dry. This one uses 3 T which makes it so much better! I used "Brain Octain" instead of the Coconut Oil because I don't have Coconut Oil, so I don't know how the actual recipe is... So easy though! - 8/20/15
